Marian L. Warner

Windsor—Marian L. (Grove) Warner, 82, passed away Monday, January 27, 2025 at her residence in Windsor Borough. She was the wife of the late Leroy H. Warner to whom she was married for 41 years.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 7:00PM, Monday, February 03, 2025 at Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion. Officiating the service will be her pastor, the Rev. Debbie Mahady. A viewing will be held from 5:00 – 7:00PM, Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.

Born January 17, 1943 in York, she was the daughter of the late A. Melvin and Theon E. (Fake) Grove

She was employed with Keener Kitchens and MasterCraft as a hand sander.

A member of Grace Lutheran Church in Red Lion, she was also a member of the Red Lion American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed baking and crocheting. Most of all, she loved spending time with family, including her neighborhood family and was affectionately known by many as “Mom Warner”.

Mrs. Warner is survived by four children, Steve R. Warner of Windsor, Melissa E. Warner and her husband, Eric of Windsor, Anna M. Smith of Mt. Wolf and Rodney L. Warner of York; two granddaughters, one great grandchild; one brother, Donald Grove; five sisters, Shirley Kline, Betty Black, Mildred Smeltzer, Wanda Washburn and Gloria Abernethy and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by four siblings, Glenn Grove, Charlene Keener, Yvonne Robinson and Brenda Grove.
