Marguerite T. Coyle

POTTSVILLE- Marguerite T. Coyle, 92, of Pottsville, passed away Tuesday morning at Schuylkill Medical Center, South Jackson Street, Pottsville. Born in Mahanoy City on September 12, 1920, she was the daughter of the late John J. and Mary C. Devereaux Coyle. Marguerite was a graduate of Kutztown with a Bachelor of Science degree in education and received her Master’s degree in education at Bloomsburg. She was a teacher for many years at I.U. 29 until retiring. Marguerite was a member of Saint Patrick’s Church, Pottsville, where she was a member of the Council of Catholic Women. Marguerite was the last member of her immediate family. She is survived by her friends, John and Kathleen Bowden, of Pottsville and Atty. James and Jane Riley, of Naples, FL. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday morning at 11:00 A.M. in Saint Patrick’s Church, 4th & Mahantongo Streets, Pottsville. Friends may call on Thursday morning from 10:00 A.M. until time of Mass in the church. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family in Saint Joseph’s Cemetery, Frackville.
