She played piano and organ at many local churches for services and weddings through the years, was substitute pianist for Eastern Star, and played organ in her husband's music groups. She loved flowers and worked as a designer for Bob's Flower Shop, Stull's, and Ann Marie's locally; and Tower Flowers, and the DeSoto Mall Florist in Florida. For over 30 years she was the flower judge at the Sullivan County Fair. She was a member of the Towanda Garden Club for many years. During World War II she worked for Sylvania. After the war ended, she worked North Penn Power. Her work on the earth is complete and her talents are now in the hands of her Lord. She will be missed by her family, friends, and fellow musicians in the Kirby-Nichols, NY, Vestal, NY, Maine, NY, Wyalusing, PA, Troy, PA, Manatee, FL, and Hillsborough, FL community bands.
