Margot S. (Steffens) Koelle

YORK- Margot S. (Steffens) Koelle, 87, died on Monday, November 7, 2016 at SpiriTrust Lutheran Home, York. She was the wife of the late Hans G. Koelle, who died on May 22, 2006. Born on November 26, 1928 in Kassel, Germany, she was a daughter of the late Alfred and Martha (Gehrlich) Steffens. Margot was a research scientist for Gull Laboratories, Inc. in Salt Lake City until her retirement in 1993. Mrs. Koelle was a member of the Anthroposophical Society. Most importantly, she was a devoted mother and grandmother. Mrs. Koelle is survived by one daughter, Yvonne K. Lyons and her husband, Matthew of York; and three grandchildren, Kirsten M., Gabrielle M. and Quinten Koelle Lyons.
