Margaret I. Dinges

YORK – Margaret I. (Van Natter) Dinges, 89, passed away Monday, September 7, 2015 at York Hospital. She was the wife of the late Herland “Tom” Dinges. Tribute services will be private. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York is in charge of arrangements. Born November 12, 1925 in York a daughter of the late Paul and Romaine (Garber) Van Natter, she retired from Susquehanna Pfaltzgraff after 14 years of service. Margaret was very active at First Moravian Church where she sang in the Choir for 45 years and taught Sunday school and assisted the youth groups. Mrs. Dinges is survived by a son, Paul T. and wife Carol Dinges of York; a daughter, Joy and husband Jack Shepp of Roanoke, VA; two grandchildren, Stacy and husband Anthony Kipple and Jody and husband Duke Edsall; five great grandchildren, Kacy and Kali Edsall, Brayden, Austin, and Makayla Kipple; and two sisters, June Billett and Fran Shelly both of York.
