Margaret Holsinger

ETTERS--Margaret (Sorenson) Holsinger, 82, passed away Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at her residence in Fairview Township. She was the wife of the late Donald L. Holsinger.

A Celebration of Life Service will be 4PM, Tuesday October 4, 2022 at Beaver-Urich Funeral Home, Inc., 305 W. Front Street, Lewisberry. Officiating the service will be Certified Celebrant Allison R. Duke. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.

Born May 21, 1940 in Butte, Montana, she was a daughter of the late Samuel and Helen (Thompson) Sorenson.

She was employed as a waitress for many years with various local restaurants, retiring from Maple Doughnuts in Newberrytown.

An avid reader, Margaret especially enjoyed reading books from Danielle Steel.

Mrs. Holsinger is survived by 3 daughters, Judy R. Martin, Kim R. Recinos, and Sandy R. Sestito; 12 grandchildren, Greg, Jessica, Amy, Sam, Mike, Shae-Lin, Kristine, Joe, James, Megan, Katrina, Josh; 25 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by son, Randy Adams, 3 brothers, and 1 sister.
