Lynn E. Stone

RED LION - Lynn E. Stone, 36, passed away Tuesday, November 30, 2010. He was the husband of Heather J. (Rider) Stone to whom he was married for 12 years on August 29, 2010. A celebration of life tribute service will be held at 7:00 PM Monday, December 6, 2010 at Community Bible Church, 331 Vinegar Ferry Rd., Marietta, PA with Pastor Jan A. Gingrich officiating. Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion is in charge of arrangements. Born December 28, 1973 in Yorkshire, England a son of William Stone and wife Barbara Stone of Manns Choice, PA and Phyllis Stone of Columbia, he was a 1993 graduate of York Vo-Tech and was currently attending Penn State - York. He had previously worked for Dressel Welding Supply. Lynn was a member of Community Bible Church where he was active with their New Covenant group and enjoyed working with the youth of the Church. He also loved fly fishing and traditional archery. Lynn spent many hours completing science experiments and creating engineering marvels out of cardboard and wood with his daughter Ryelee. In addition to his parents and wife, Lynn is survived by a daughter, Ryelee S. Stone at home; and two brothers, Mark Stone of Mechanicsburg and Mathew Stone who is serving in the US Air Force stationed in Arizona.
