Louise M. Hillyer

SOUTH RENOVO - Louise M. (Fantaski) Hillyer, 90, of Renovo passed away Thursday, March 31, 2022 at Bucktail Medical Center, South Renovo. Born January 23, 1932 in Braddock, PA she was a daughter of the late Stephen T. and Kathryn (Kurutz) Fantaski. Louise worked as a waitress at Yesterday’s and was a secretary for the Western Clinton County Sewage Authority. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and the Catholic Daughters of America. She enjoyed flowers and reading. Surviving are two sons, George S. Hillyer of Kentucky and Robert E. Hillyer, II of Renovo and a daughter Leslie L. Hillyer of Tamarack. Two grandchildren, Justin and Misty and five great grandchildren Tyler, Nevin, Keyera, Kayhanna and Zachariah. Two brothers James Fantaski and Edward Fantaski and a sister Barbara Stacey. She was preceded in death by a brother Paul Fantaski. A memorial mass is being planned and will be announced. Interment will be at St. Joseph Cemetery, Hyner. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church Improvement Fund, 925 Huron Ave., Renovo, PA 17764. Maxwell Funeral Home, Renovo has charge of arrangements.
