Louise K. (Hershey) Landis

York—Louise K. (Hershey) Landis, died Tuesday, November 20, 2007 at York Hospital. She was the wife of the late Richard F. Landis. A celebration of life service will be private at the convenience of the family. Heffner Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd, York is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Landis was born in York, a daughter of late Stauffer J. and Carrie (Buckingham) Hershey. Throughout her career she was employed with the Commonwealth of PA., and both Ormond's and Bon-Ton Department Stores. She was a long time member of Grace Lutheran Church in York. Mrs. Landis is survived by two sons, Richard F. Landis II and his wife Sandra of Kinston, NC, and Mark F. Landis of York, one daughter, Carole L. Sipes of York, 6 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, one sister, Peggy Noxon of San Diego, CA and nieces and nephews.
