Louise E. (Ettline) Eppley

YORK- On Saturday, February 4, 2012, Louise E. (Ettline) Eppley, age 90, mother, grandmother, aunt, and sister went to be with Our Heavenly Father. She was the wife of the late Paul W. Cheever and the late George W. Eppley. A Graveside Service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at Shiloh Lutheran Cemetery. Certified Celebrant Betty Frey will be officiating at the service. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd. in York is in charge of the arrangements. Louise was born in York on November 8, 1921, daughter of the late John L. and Helen L. (Pape) Ettline. She was a dedicated homemaker and devoted her life to making a warm and loving home for her family. Louise was a member of Christ Lutheran Church in Spry and a former member of Young Women’s Club in York. Louise leaves; two daughters, Lynne L. Beck and her husband Jerry of York and Nancy Rae Sieling and her husband Jim of York; a son, Stephen G. Eppley and his wife Karen of York; eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren; and a sister, Rae Grim of Thomasville. She was preceded in death two sisters, Helen Reuter and twin sister, Dorothy Berkheimer; and four brothers, John, Frederick, George, and Paul Ettline.
