Lorraine G. (Gnadek) Jones

FELTON- Lorraine (Gnadek) Jones, 91, died Friday, January 25, 2008, at Manor Care Rehabilitation Center- Dallastown. She was the wife of the late Del Jones. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Rd., Red Lion, with the Rev. Fr. Charles L. Persing, Priest of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Dallastown, officiating. Entombment will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. A viewing will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Born January 14, 1917, Chicago IL., a daughter of the late Agnes Gnadek. Formerly of Equine Meadows, she enjoyed bowling and playing cards with friends in her younger years. Mrs. Jones is survived by her son, Marvin C. and his wife, Patricia Jones of Felton; four grandchildren, Jennifer Holtzapple, Charles Jones, Deborah Metten, and Joanna Kowalewski; seven great grandchildren, Jonathan Argento, Joseph Benson, Cal Lauryssens, Michael Jones, Brittany Jones, Matthew Kowalewski, and Samantha Laughman; two sisters, Valerie West of Farmington, Mich., and Eileen Kamlay of Detroit, Mich.; a sister-in-law, Dorothy Strom of Bristolville, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, Del, a brother, Edmund Gray precedes her in death.
