RED LION – Lonnie J. Feltenberger, 75, passed away Saturday, March 19, 2016 at Shrewsbury Lutheran Home. He was the husband of Judy Y. (Runkle) Feltenberger to whom he was married for 48 years. A visitation will be held from 6-8:00 PM Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion. A graveside service will be at 11:00 AM Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will meet at the entrance of the cemetery at 10:45 AM on Wednesday. Born February 5, 1941 in Felton, a son of the late Edward C. and Velma M. (Grim) Feltenberger, he was a 1959 graduate of Dallastown Area High School. Lonnie retired from Tate Access Floors after 43 years of service. He had been a member of York Manufacturer’s Assoc. and loved hunting and fishing with his family. In addition to his wife, Mr. Feltenberger is survived by a daughter, Shonda J. and husband Don Rainey of York; two sons, Shane J. Feltenberger of Red Lion and Shawn J. and wife Jill Feltenberger of York; and six grandchildren, Brittany and Hunter Feltenberger, Kylee Ramm, Bryce Rainey, and Reece and Macy Feltenberger. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to H.O.P.E. for cancer patients and families, P.O. Box 175, Shrewsbury, PA 17361.
