Lois M. (Johnson) Kline

WILLIAMSPORT - Lois M. (Johnson) Kline, 87, died on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at Loyalsock Creek Rehab & Nursing Center, Montoursville. Lois was married on October 30, 1946 to George Kline, who survives, and the couple would have celebrated their 69th wedding anniversary in October. Lois was born in Montgomery, PA on October 2, 1927 and was the daughter of the late Edmund and Gertrude (Miller) Johnson. She was a dedicated homemaker and was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church, Williamsport. In addition to her husband George, she is survived by one son and daughter-in-law; George M. and Sandra Kline of Cogan Station, two daughters and one son-in-law; Carol J. Leung of Bradenton, FL and Toni E. and Russell Schaeffer of Montoursville, eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, one brother; James Johnson of Williamsport and two sisters and on brother-in-law; Wanda English of South Williamsport and Carol and Ronald Perry of Williamsport. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son; James Arthur Kline, one granddaughter; Michelle Kline and one brother; Edmund Johnson, Jr. Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are being handled by the Allen & Redmond Funeral Home, 331 Elmira St., Williamsport. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Pennsylvania Association for the Blind, 555 Gettysburg Pike, Suite A300, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055 or to the American Diabetes Association, P.O.
