Logan M. Weed

TROY-Logan M. Weed, 17, of Columbia Crossroads, PA, passed away accidentally on Sunday, December 20, 2009. Family and friends are welcome to gather from 9:00-11:00 AM on Saturday, December 26, 2009 at the Troy High School Memorial Auditorium, at the corner of High and King Streets, Troy, PA. The Celebration of Logan's life will begin at 11:00 AM at the Memorial Auditorium with Rev. Richard Noggle of the Big Pond United Methodist Church officiating. The Gerald W. Vickery, Jr. Funeral Home, Inc., 110 West Main Street, Troy, PA, has been entrusted with the arrangements. Logan was born on January 17, 1992 in Sayre, PA. He is the son of Michael J. and Sharri K. (Harkness) Weed of Columbia Crossroads, PA. Logan was a senior at Troy Area High School, lettering in varsity football, baseball, and wrestling. He attended Big Pond United Methodist Church, belonged to the high school's Letterman's Club, enjoyed hunting and fishing, and loved to cook and bake. Logan loved his family most of all. They include his parents Michael and Sharri, his brother Devon M. Weed of Troy, PA, his paternal grandparents Max and Darlene Weed of Columbia Crossroads, PA, his maternal grandparents Vaughn and Kathy Harkness of Columbia Crossroads, PA, his uncle Scott (Michelle) Harkness of Bath, PA, his aunts Kelly (Chuck) Bastion of East Troy, PA, and Candy (Gary) Wolfe of Columbia Crossroads, PA, his girlfriend Kendall A. Shedden, and several great aunts and uncles, cousins, and many special friends.
