Linda M. (Stover) Gentzler

Linda M. (Stover) Gentzler, 63, passed away Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at York Hospital. She was the wife of Ronald E. Gentzler to whom she was married for 19 years. A viewing and gathering of friends will be held from 6-8:00 PM Monday, June 25, 2018 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York. Born August 13, 1954 in York a daughter of Norma Jean (Kister) Stover of York and the late Paul E. Stover, Linda was a 1972 graduate of West York High School. Mrs. Gentzler has worked the past 33 years for Giant Foods at the former West York location and currently at the Pauline Drive store. She enjoyed cooking, baking pies and gardening. She attended Kreutz Creek Presbyterian Church. In addition to her husband and mother, Mrs. Gentzler is survived by a son, Michael J. Lecrone of York and his fiancée, Bonnie Evans; three grandchildren, Alex, Logan and Kayleigh Lecrone; a brother, Gregg E. and wife Tina Stover of York; a sister, Deb and husband Jim Wilt of York; a brother-in-law, Randy and wife Karen Gentzler of Hellam; three sisters-in-law, Brenda Snyder and Kim Gentzler both of East York and Lori Gentzler of Dalton, Mass.; and nieces and nephews.
