Leah Frances 'Lee' (Hoover) Foutz

LEWISBERRY - Leah Frances “Lee” (Hoover) Foutz, passed away Monday, July 15, 2013 at her residence. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Monday, July 22, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Beaver-Urich Funeral Home, 305 West Front Street, Lewisberry, PA 17339. Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 PM. Certified Celebrant Betty Frey will be officiating the service. Born May 14, in Harrisburg, PA, Lee grew up in Lisburn, PA and was a childhood member of the Lisburn Church of God. Lee enjoyed car racing, from watching NASCAR to attending the local races. She also loved listening to music and roller skating. She was a loving mother to Chad Foutz and adoring grandmother to Devon Foutz. She was preceded in death by both of her parents.
