Larry L. Schaffer

CROSS FORK - Larry L. Schaffer, 58, of Tamarack passed away Monday, April 15, 2013 at his residence. He was born January 1, 1955 in McKeesport, Pa the son of Bill and Louise (Case) Schaffer. Larry was married on July 18, 1987 to the former Amanda J. Snyder. They celebrated 25 years of marriage together. He was a master craftsman working in the welding, HVAC and construction field. Larry enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing and trapping. He was a former member of the Kettle Creek Hose Company and the Western Clinton County Sportsman’s Association. Surviving are his loving wife two sons Willie (Brittany) Schaffer and Tyler Schaffer both of Cross Fork also a daughter Samantha (Eric) Schaffer of Lock Haven. One brother Lynn (Tina) Schaffer of Charlestown, SC and two sisters Dawn Schaffer of Honey Brook, PA and Darcie (Jay) Schaffer of Dallas, PA. He was preceded in death by a brother David in 1963. Friends and relatives will be received from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at the Maxwell Funeral Home, 205 Fifth Street, Renovo. Interment will be private.
