Larry L. Repman

Manchester--Larry L. Repman, 82, passed away Friday, October 5, 2018 at his residence in Conewago Twp. He was the husband of Reda H. (Hinton) Repman to whom he was married for 46 years. A Celebration of Life Service will be 11AM, Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Ambassadors Bible Chapel, 3000 York Haven Rd, Manchester. Officiating the service will be Pastor Sean Roche and Pastor Dave Slautterback. A visitation will be from 10-11AM, Saturday at the church. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd, York, Pa 17408. Born June 3, 1936 in York Haven, he was a son of the late Charles L. and Alverda (Sipe) Repman. He was employed with Mercer Paper Tube for 30 plus years as a paper tube winder until his retirement in 1995. A member of Ambassadors Bible Chapel and the Hawkes Gunning Club, he was also a former member of the Wago Club and served in the United States Navy. He enjoyed being around family and his church family, Hollywood Casino, beating his sister playing cards, bus trips, watching and feeding birds and gardening. In addition to his wife, Mr. Repman is also survived by two sons, Timothy L. Repman and wife, Jan and Donald L. Myers, Jr; 4 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren; two sons-in-law; Timothy Knisely and Elwood “Chuck” Sipe; two brothers, Elwood Repman and his wife, Shirley and Lonny Repman and his wife, Carla; two sisters, Patricia Iacono and husband, Larry and Brenda Mohr and husband, Dennis and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two daughters, Laurie A. Knisely and Susan L. Sipe; six brothers, Charles, Daniel, Gerald, Gary, Preston and Lawrence Repman; two sisters, Gloria Smith and Loretta McClellan.
