Larry F. Sliger

NEWVILLE - Larry Sliger, 74, of Newville PA, passed away Saturday, February 12, 2022 at his home with his family by his side. He was the loving husband of the late Dorothy A. (Tracey) Sliger, to whom he was married for 46 years. All services will be private at the convenience of the family, with the burial at Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Olewiler and Heffner Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc. is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Sliger was born October 26, 1947 in Stewartstown, to the late Ervin and Ruth (Wiley) Sliger. Mr. Sliger worked for York International and Johnson Controls for 41 years before his retirement. He will always be remembered for his incredible work ethic. Mr. Sliger is survived by a son, William Sliger, Jr.; three daughters, Sherri Gladfelter, Tammy Nispel, and Kim Sliger; 12 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and a sister Ethel Hess. In addition to his wife, Mr. Sliger is preceded in death by two brothers, Butch Sliger, and Wayne Sliger; and one great grandchild. CLICK HERE TO SEND FLOWERS
