Kimberly A. (Rosewicz) Bortner

RED LION- Kimberly A. (Rosewicz) Bortner, 53, of York Township, died Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at York Hospital. A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 6, 2012 at Advent Lutheran Church, 1775 East Market Street in York, with a visitation from 10-11 a.m. Burial will be private in Mount Rose Cemetery in York. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd in York is in charge of the arrangements. Kimberly was born in Natrona Heights, PA on March 7, 1959, daughter of David W. and Connie I. (Baiko) Rosewicz of Dallastown. She worked for Oak Works in the Accounts Receivable Department for the last five years. Kimberly was a member of Advent Lutheran Church in York, where she was a Sunday school teacher and craft organizer. She enjoyed cross-stitching. Kimberly leaves two sons, Mike Bortner and his companion Jacqueline Smith of Red Lion, and Ryan Bortner of Philadelphia; and two brothers, Darly P. Rosewicz of York and David C. Rosewicz of Lancaster. She was preceded in death by a sister, Rebecca Rosewicz. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Healthy York Network, www.healthyyorknetwork.org.
