Kenneth N. Anderson

SHREWSBURY- Kenneth N. Anderson, 80, formerly of Sunnyburn, passed away Sunday, June 24, 2018 at his residence. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on July 8, 2018 at Pine Grove Presbyterian Church, 4316 Delta Rd. in Airville. His pastor, The Reverend James Shuler will be officiating at the service. Burial of his ashes will take place in the church cemetery, following the services. Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place in Red Lion is assisting the family with arrangements. Mr. Anderson was born in Airville on November 28, 1937, the son of the late Nelson and Martha E. (Pomraning) Anderson. He retired in 2004 after 38 years of service for Rutter’s Dairy in York. Mr. Anderson was a 50 year member of Pine Grove Presbyterian Church in Airville. Mr. Anderson leaves three sisters, Faye Swift and her husband Grover of Holtwood, Connie Hewell and her husband Ronald of Delta, and Joan Wrede of Dallastown; as well as nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister, Hilda Smith and a brother, Richard Anderson.
