Kenneth M. Boose, Sr.

SPRING GROVE – Kenneth M. Boose, Sr., 60, passed away April 24, 2024 at St. Agnes Hospital in Maryland. He was the husband of Angela R. (Grove) Boose to whom he was married for over 20 years.

Born November 5, 1963 in Gettysburg, he was a son of Daniel and Betty (Little) Boose. After graduating high school, Mr. Boose joined the US Air Force in 1981. After serving our country, he went on to work for Crane 1 Services for over twenty years and Freeland Hoist & Crane, Inc. for five years where he worked as a supervisor. In his earlier days, Kenneth was passionate about racing. Even now, he enjoyed working on cars. He is remembered as being involved in his son’s sports and always helping other people. He was selfless and couldn’t say no.

In addition to his wife, Angela, he is survived by two sons, Chance Boose and Kenneth M. Boose, Jr.; a brother, Ronald Boose; and a sister Mary Holtzapple.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., York, is assisting the family with arrangements.
