Kenneth E. Crumling

WRIGHTSVILLE- Kenneth E. Crumling, 93, passed away Sunday, October 10, 2010 at Barley Autumn House East in York. He was the husband of the late Margie E. Crumling with whom he was married to for 37 years. A Graveside service will be Friday, October 15th at 11:00am at Fairview Cemetery in Wrightsville. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd. in York is in charge of the arrangements. Born August 3, 1917 in York, a son to the late Walter and Ruth Crumling. Mr. Crumling was an Army Veteran of WWII. He retired from Allis Chambers (Voith Hydro) in York. He was a member at Mt. Pisgah Trinity United Methodist Church and enjoyed golfing, bowling, swimming, and watching baseball. Mr. Crumling is survived by a son, Kenneth Crumling of York and a step-son, George Rittenhouse, Jr. of York; four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; and a sister, Lois Picking of York. He was preceded in death by his late wife Margie Crumling and by a brother, Donald Crumling. Memorial Contributions may be made to Mt. Pisgah Trinity United Methodist Church, 5615 Mt.
