YORK—Kenneth Diaz, 52, passed away Saturday January 1, 2022 at York Hospital. He was the husband of Sonia P. (Pallones) Diaz with whom he spent the past 22 years. A Celebration of Life Service will be 10AM, Friday January 14, 2022 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd., York. Viewings will be held from 5-7PM, Thursday January 13, 2022 and from 9-10AM, Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be held in Quickel’s Lutheran Cemetery. Born June 27, 1969 in Karnes City, TX, he was a son of the Jovita (Medrano) Rosas of Chicago, IL and the late Felipe Diaz. He was employed with J.B. Hunt Transport Services as a truck driver for the last several years. In addition to his wife, Mr. Diaz is also survived by a daughter, Esperanza Gabrielle Diaz of Manchester; three brothers, Felipe Diaz, Luis Rivera and Miguel Rivera; one sister, Jennifer Espinosa and numerous nieces and nephews.
