Kathy M. Miller

RED LION- Kathy M. (Haugh) Miller, 75 of Chanceford Township passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2025 at her residence. She was the wife of Larry G. Miller. The couple celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary on September 6, 2024.

A celebration of life service will be held on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at 11 a.m. at Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, 35 Gotham Place in Red Lion, with a visitation from 10-11 a.m. Sister Joy V. Hovis will be officiating at the service. Burial will be in St. Luke Lutheran Cemetery in Felton. 

Mrs. Miller was born in Wrightsville on October 24, 1949, the daughter of the late Emory and Leona (Wolgamuth) Haugh. She worked at both York Vo-Tech and York Technical Institute (YTI), where she helped students find housing and jobs. She later retired from Eastern Builders Manufacturing Association. She then spent her retirement helping both the elderly and with pediatrics.

Mrs. Miller was a member of St. Luke Lutheran Church in Felton. She was a Red Lion High School graduate and received her associates degree from YTI. She was a member of New Bridgeville Fire Company, ladies’ auxiliary.

Mrs. Miller leaves two daughters, Tanya Miller of Red Lion and Yolanda Miller of York; a son, Daryl Miller and his wife Ashley of Red Lion; eight grandchildren, Zachary Mundorff, Warren Johnson, Jeremy Mundorff, Dustin Miller, Nicholas Johnson, Kimberly Miller, Brenden Kline, and Owen Miller; a great granddaughter, Aubrey Johnson; a brother, Kelso Haugh; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, Keith Haugh.
