Kathy L. Lewis

SEVEN VALLEYS – Kathy L. (Wolfe) Lewis, 77, passed away Thursday, January 2, 2025 at UPMC Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of Frank D. Lewis to whom she celebrated 52 years of marriage.

Born March 12, 1947 in Sunbury, Northumberland Co., a daughter of the late Robert I. and Norma B. (Shearer) Wolfe; she was a 1965 graduate of Sunbury High School. Kathy then graduated from Schoeneman Beauty School in York where she spent an additional two years as a teacher. Mrs. Lewis worked as a hair stylist at Salon Down Under, Michael Alan Salon, Vivian Abbou Salon, and most recently at Salon Blu. Kathy was a member of York Christian Fellowship and ran their bookstore for many years. She also enjoyed traveling and spending time with her husband.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Lewis is survived by a stepdaughter, Tina M. Dattisman of York.

Tribute services and burial in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Mill Hall will be private. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York is in charge of arrangements.
