Lewisburg - Kathryn I. Hendricks, 91 a former resident of Sycamore Lane Milton, died Thursday, March 27, 2008 at Riverwoods Lewisburg. She was born November 21, 1916 in Canton, Ohio she was the daughter of the late Raymond & Anna (Springer) Acor. She was married to James M. Hendricks on November 20, 1936. He died January 10, 1998. Kathryn was employed at American Home Foods retiring December of 1978. She was a fifty-plus member of St. Andrews United Methodist Church, Milton. She was a lifetime member of the Silver and Gold Association of the retirees of American Home Foods. Kathryn enjoyed picnics, family outings and shopping. Surviving are two daughters and one son-in-law Sylvia Hendricks of Milton, Judy and (Don) Pursell of Lewisburg and one son and daughter-in-law James and Nancy Hendricks of Astro Village. Three grandsons: James R. Hendricks, Jr., Scott Hendricks and Donald R. Pursell, Jr. and one granddaughter Ada Kathryn Pursell Taylor. Three great-granddaughters: Laci and Marrisa Hendricks and Jennifer Hoffman. Three great Grandsons Adam Taylor and Justin and Logan Hendricks. Two great-great granddaughters Emily and Katie Hoffman and one great-great grandson Taylor Hoffman One sister Anna Mae Walburn of Duncannon. In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by three brothers John Springer, George and Maurice Acor and one sister Josephine Steininger and also a grandson John M. Pursell. The funeral service will be held 3:00 P.M. Monday, March 31, 2008 at the Dale E. Ranck Funeral Service, 125 N. Front Street, Milton with Rev. William Gibson officiating. Friends and relatives will be received at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Harmony Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Andrews U.M. Church (General Fund), Lower Market Street, Milton 17847.
