Kathryn E. (Martin) Keiser

LEWISBURG - Kathryn E. (Martin) Keiser, 98, died Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at Riverwoods, Lewisburg. She was born on March 2, 1919 in Milton and was the daughter of the late Philip and Margaret E. (Rearick) Martin. On October of 1937 Kathryn married the late Earl L. Keiser and they celebrated 51 years of marriage together until his death on July 26, 1987. Kathryn worked as a clerk for the United States Postal Service. She was a member of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, West Milton, Order of Eastern Star, Milton, Pinochle Club, West Milton and the Evangelical Hospital Woman’s Auxilliary. Kathryn enjoyed reading and walking. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law; Sharon and Fred Fisher of West Milton, three grandchildren; Earl and Terri Fisher of West Milton, Rob and Deb Fisher of Snydertown and Marikaye of New Columbia, five great grandchildren; Joshua, Nathan, Kyle, Zane and Cody, one great great granddaughter; Pyzlee and one step great grandson; Dave Mull. In addition to her parents and husband, Kathryn was preceded in death by one grandson; Rick Fisher, one great great grandson; Rylee and one brother; Joseph Martin. Services for Kathryn will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Burial will take place in Highland Cemetery, New Columbia at a later date. Arrangements are being handled by Dale Ranck Cremation & Funeral Care, 125 N. Front Street, Milton.
