Karen L. Stiver

Mill Hall - Karen L. Stiver, 50 passed away Friday, December 21, 2007 at her residence. She was born June 16, 1957 in Lock Haven the daughter of Frank & Shirley (Etters) Seyler. She was married to Leonard B. Stiver on August 1, 1992 and they celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary together. Karen was employed as a police dispatcher for Lock Haven University. She enjoyed spending time with her family and was an avid reader. Surviving are her husband Her parents of Beech Creek and two sons Jeffrey Frank of Raleigh, NC and Ky Stiver at home. Two daughters Natashia Frank of Williamsport and Saige Stiver at home Two grandchildren Alek and Ethan Two brothers D. Frank Seyler of Mill Hall and Kerry Seyler of Howard. One sister Tina Davy of Milesburg. The funeral service will be held 10:00 A.M. Monday, December 24, 2007 at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall with Rev. Kathleen Kind officiating. Friends and relatives will be received at the funeral home on Sunday from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. Burial will be in Sunnyside Cemetery, Bald Eagle Twp. There has been a memorial fund setup for Karen Stiver at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center with the Dept. of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Please make checks payable to Penn State.
