Karen Elizabeth (Stevenson) Bray

DOVER- Karen Elizabeth (Stephenson) Bray, 72 of Dover Township passed away on Friday, July 17, 2015 at York Hospital. She was the wife of the late Michael E. Bray. A Memorial Service will be held at 1p.m. on Friday, July 31, 2015 at Kay Spiritual Life Center on the campus of American University in Washington, DC. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd. in York is assisting the family with arrangements. Mrs. Bray was born in Harrisburg on July 27, 1942, the daughter of Vyonne W. (Warfel) Stephenson of Harrisburg and the late Glen L. Stephenson. She retired as an attorney for the Department of Labor in Washington, DC. Mrs. Bray graduated from John Harris High School in Harrisburg and received her Undergraduate and Law Degree from American University in Washington, DC. She leaves a son, Richard W. Bray and his wife Brooke of Dover; and two grandchildren, Dane Kaster and Alyssa Bray. Memorial contributions may be made to your local SPCA.
