Joshua Alexander Mcneely Snyder

SCHUYLKILL HAVEN- Joshua Alexander McNeely Snyder, 31, of Schuylkill Haven, died unexpectedly Sunday, September 8, 2013, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Born in Warren, Ohio on July 25, 1982, he was the son of Garry and Yvonne (nee McNeely) Snyder. Joshua was a very bright and intelligent man who had many interests and accomplishments. He was a certified snowboard instructor and a certified skydive instructor. He loved the outdoors and thoroughly enjoyed spending time in nature, especially in the snow. He had a passion for astronomy and meteorology. He was a self taught musician and vocalist. He loved to read, learn, and was especially gifted in mathematics. He was a compassionate and loving soul who will be forever missed by all who ever knew him. Preceding him in death were his maternal grandparents, George and Dolores (George) McNeely. Surviving in addition to his parents are his brother Dan and his wife Sheena Snyder, Schuylkill Haven; sister, Rachel Snyder, Maui Hawaii; paternal grandparents, David and Mary (Boyd) Snyder, Perkasie, PA; beloved nieces and nephew, Emily, Lilyana and Liam; and his soul mate Ashley. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Welcome United Methodist Church, Schuylkill Haven Saturday September 21, 2013 at 1pm. Schlitzer Allen Pugh Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.
