Joseph Leroy Nailor

SPRING GROVE- Joseph Leroy Nailor, 71, of Jackson Township passed away Thursday, July 14, 2022 at his residence. He was the husband of Fayette June (Kane) Nailor. They were a couple for over 35 years. Mr. Nailor was born in Pleasantville, NJ on June 24, 1951, the son of Guy J. Nailor. He retired from Lehigh Cement Company in York, where he was a general operator. Mr. Nailor was a member and also volunteered at Spring Grove VFW. He was loved by many and touched a lot of lives. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, crabbing, and especially spending time with his grandchildren. He served in the US Navy in the Vietnam war. Along with his wife, he leaves three children William, Chasity, and Tonya; a step daughter, Susan Brose; a sister, Linda L. Hennessy, and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, PO Box 198, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648. Services will be private.
