John P. Rich

MONTOURSVILLE - John P. Rich, 68, died Thursday, April 24, 2014 at Williamsport Regional Medical Center. He was born on October 26, 1945 in Hackensack NJ and was the son of the late Herschel T. and Ruth A. (Berner) Rich. John served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. John owned and operated Allendale Auto parts, Allendale NJ for more than 20 years. He enjoyed golfing, reading, fishing, playing cards and working on Volvos. John is survived by two daughters; Michelle Rich of Orlando, FL and Jill Lemyre of Tampa FL, one brother; Jeffrey T. Rich of Idaho, one sister and brother-in-law; Sarah P. and David Craig of Montoursville and numerous nieces and nephews. All services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
