Wellsburg, New York John "Mike" MacCoy, Age 68, of Gillett. PA passed away at home Thursday, January 24, 2008 . Mike served his country with great pride in the United States Navy from 1957 until 1979. He was the owner and proprietor of the Village Tavern in Wellsburg, NY since 1981.
