John M. Earhart

MILTON - John M. Earhart, 85, died on Thursday, March 08, 2007 at Kramm Health Care in Milton. He was the husband of Marian C. (Emery) Earhart to who he was married to for 65 years. John was born on April 15, 1921 in Milton, a son of the late Daniel L. and Anna E. (Gemberling) Earhart. He was a locomotive engineer with ACF and retired after 39 years service. He was also a member of the Watsontown Presbyterian Church, Watsontown. In addition to his wife, John is survived by one son; John E. Earhart and his wife Diann of Milton, one daughter; Donna J. Jurkowski and her husband Richard of Oxford, CT, four grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, two step-great grandchildren and one sister; Edora Ketchem of Virginia. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers; Lee Earhart and Rod Mahaffey and one sister; Jean Einsig. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by the Dale E. Ranck Funeral Service, 125 N. Front St., Milton.
