John L. Patterson

MILTON - John L. Patterson, 69, died on Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at the Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg. John was born in Philadelphia on December 25, 1941 and was the son of the late Edwin and Veronica (Dougherty) Patterson. John was a very faithful member of the First Presbyterian Church, Milton and was involved with Special Olympics, which meant a great deal to him. He enjoyed bowling. John is survived by one brother; Robert Patterson of Milton and very good friends; Sara Bierly and Doug Heddings, both of Milton. There will be a memorial service held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 23, 2011 at the First Presbyterian Church, 47 Walnut St., Milton with the Reverend Stephen G. Shirk officiating. Arrangements are being handled by The Dale E. Ranck Funeral Service, 125 N. Front St., Milton.
