John C. Zeigler

YORK - John C. "Jack" Zeigler, 88, passed away Friday, April 15, 2022 at Normandie Ridge. He was the husband of the late Nancy A. (Young) Zeigler to whom he was married for 57 years. A Celebration of Life Service will be 10:00 AM, Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion. A visitation will be held from 9-10:00 AM at the Funeral Home. Private burial will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Born February 2, 1934 in York, a son of the late William B. and Annie M. (Ziegler) Zeigler, he was a 1952 graduate of West York High School. Mr. Zeigler retired from Winter Welding Inc. in 2001 and was a US Army veteran of The Korean War. Mr. Zeigler is survived by a daughter, Laurie M. Nelson and husband, David of Dallastown; two grandchildren, Katherine A. and Anne E. Nelson; a brother, George Zeigler of West York; and two sisters, Florence Hickman of West York and Mary Jane Lightcap of York.
