John "Brooks" Bebout

RED LION- John “Brooks” Bebout, 70, died on Thursday, January 25, 2024 at Hershey Medical Center. He was the husband of Suzanne (Orler) Bebout to whom he was married 47 years.

A celebration of life tribute service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Pl., Red Lion with certified celebrant Allison Duke officiating. A visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. prior to the service. The service will be livestreamed around 11 a.m. at HeffnerCare.com by searching Brooks' obituary.

Born on November 23, 1953 in Washington, PA he was the son of the late Leo Brooks and Theresa Marie (Monsour) Bebout. Brooks was a truck part salesman at Transaxle until his retirement.

Mr. Bebout loved his cars, hunting and especially loved spending time with his grandchildren.

Along with his wife, Suzanne, Brooks is survived by his son, Jesse B. Bebout and his wife, Kelly of Dover; daughter, Katie Hiecke and her husband, Chris of Red Lion; four grandchildren, Landon Knepp, Isabella Knepp, Ethan Manzi and Riley Cole; and two sisters, Rhea Hass and her husband, Randy of Pittsburgh and Amy Tullys and her husband, Steve of Bethel Park.
