John B. Walsh POTTSVILLE-John B. Walsh, 76, of Pottsville, passed away Friday morning at York Terrace Nursing Home, Pottsville. Born in Pottsville on June 28, 1931, he was raised by his grandparents Anna and Henry Bohr. He was an Army veteran having served during the Korean War. He was a foreman for Hillsborough County Road Department, Florida, until he retired in 1990. He was a member of the American Legion, Tampa, FL. He was preceded in death by his parents, James B. and Anna Mae Bohr Walsh; his sister Margaret Mueller. He is survived by his wife, Lois F. Felsburg Walsh, of Pottsville, to whom he was married 52 years; his brother, Robert Walsh, of Tampa, FL; his uncle, Gerald Bohr, of Pottsville; several nieces and nephews. Private interment services will be held in Schuylkill Memorial Park, Schuylkill Haven. Memorial contributions can be made to the Diabetes Research Foundation, 906 Penn Ave., Wyomissing, PA 19610.
