John A. Schmidt

YORK - John A. Schmidt, 52, formerly of Brogue, passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at Carlisle Regional Medical Center. He was the son of the late Anthony G. and Mary A. (Hostetter) Schmidt. A gathering to celebrate John's life will take place from 2:00 - 5:00 PM Saturday October 31, 2009 at the residence of his sister, Marie A. Lewis, 1771 Raub Road, Felton. Born June 29, 1957 in York, John is survived by a brother, Daniel E. and wife Rhonda Schmidt of York; and two sisters, Joanne S. and husband Roy Spann of Fayetteville, NC and Marie A. and husband Michael Lewis of Felton; and numerous nieces and nephews.
