Jody L. Coeyman

Red Lion — Jody L. Coeyman, 54, died August 3, 2013 at his residence in York Township. A Celebration of Life Service will be 7 PM, Thursday, August 8, 2013 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion with the Rev. David Tietje of St. John’s United Church of Christ in Red Lion officiating. A visitation will be held from 6-7 PM, Thursday at the funeral chapel. Burial will be private in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Born January 7, 1959 in York, he was a son of Charles R. and Romaine V. (Keesey) Coeyman of Wrightsville. He was employed with Harley-Davidson as machine center operator for 30 years until his retirement in 2008. An avid mountain biker, he was a very active member of the York Area Mountain Bike Association. He also previously owned race horses and enjoyed working on and drag racing his muscle car. In addition to his parents, Mr. Coeyman is survived by one brother, Gregory L. Coeyman and his wife, Barbara of Red Lion; one sister, Sandra K. Fife and her husband, Stephen of Millsboro, DE; one niece, Melissa M. Rhodes; three nephews, Travis M. Coeyman, and Shawn E. and Justin R. Fife; great nieces and a great nephew.
