Mill Hall - Joanne M. (Wagner) Herr, 78 of Cedar Height's Mill Hall passed away at her residence Wednesday, December 31, 2008. She was born September 20, 1930 in Clearfield the daughter of the late Hershel & Jane (Carter) Wagner. Joanne was married December 1, 1952 to Lewis E. Herr he preceded her in death in 1978. She enjoyed gardening, nature, animals, walking and taking drives thru the country. Surviving are one son Ronald L. Herr of Jersey Shore and three daughters Vicky L. (Robert) Fananage of Wilmington, DE, Cathy L. (Scott) Fedroff of Jersey Shore and Julie A. (Jeffrey) Bolze of Bellefonte. Five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren Also a step-father Robert Kennelley of Mill Hall. The funeral service will be held 10:30 A.M. Monday, January 5, 2009 at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall with Rev. Bruce Wallace officiating. Friends and relatives will be received at the funeral chapel one hour prior to the service. The family will provide the flowers.
