Joann E. Utley

DOVER- JoAnn Edith (McClelland) Utley, 82, of Dover Township, passed away Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at her residence. She was the wife of the late Robert H. Utley Sr. Mrs. Utley was born in Warren, PA on April 16, 1936, the daughter of the late Clifford James and Mabel Irene (Frazier) McClelland. She worked as an inspector for Osram Sylvania, retiring in 1994. Prior to that she worked as a nurse’s aid in Warren, PA. Mrs. Utley leaves two sons, Robert Utley, Jr. of Spring Grove and Timothy Utley and his wife Susan of York; four grandchildren, Jim, Mike, Donnie, and Misty; four great grandchildren; and a sister, Donna Miller of Warren, PA. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Anne Hauck; two sisters, Alice McNutt and Peggy Tower; and a brother, James McClelland. Memorial contributions may be made to a favorite charity.
