Dallastown-Joan Casserly, 71, passed away Friday, May 27, 2011 at ManorCare Dallastown. A funeral service will be 10 am Thursday, June 2, 2011 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc ., 1551 Kenneth Road, York ,with Rev. Richard B. Starr officiating. A viewing will be held from 9-10 am Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Marburg Memorial Garden. Ms. Cassely was born January 17, 1940 in Manahoy, PA. She was a former employee of Shadowfax until her retirement. She enjoyed watching soap operas, listening to music, shopping, and traveling when she was younger.
