Jill Ann Dewald Jill Ann Dewald, 43, of Pottsville, passed away Sunday in Fraley Township as a result of an automobile accident. Born in Pottsville, on January 14, 1965, she was the daughter of Beverly "Kitty" James, of Pottsville. She was a 1983 graduate of Pottsville High School. She worked for Cardinal Systems, Schuylkill Haven, as a receptionist and Pine View Acres as a waitress. Jill is survived by her son, Matthew Dewald, of Pottsville; her two sisters, Vickie Lord, of Minersville and Debra Murphy, of Pottsville; her two nieces, Melissa Scott, of Minersville and Jennifer Richard, Pottsville; her two nephews, Jason Christ, of Maryland and James Murphy II, of Pottsville. Funeral services will be held on Thursday morning at 10:00 A.M. at the Schlitzer-Allen-Pugh Funeral Home, Inc., Pottsville. Friends may call on Wednesday evening from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and also on Thursday morning from 9:00 A.M. until time of service at the funeral home. Interment will be held in Queen of the Universe Cemetery, Peach Mountain, Pottsville.
