Jessica Lynn (Myers) Strine

Dover—Jessica L. “Jessie” (Myers) Strine, 50, passed away Friday, August 3, 2018 at York Hospital. She was the wife of Michael E. Strine to whom she was married for 13 years. A Celebration of Life Service will be 10:30AM Saturday, August 11, 2018 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd, York. A visitation will be held from 9-10:30AM, Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be held in Prospect Hill Cemetery. Born July 5, 1968 in Hanover, she was a daughter of the late Stewart and Judy Jacobs. She was employed as a waitress/bartender with Coombs Tavern in York for several years. A member of the American Legion-Shiloh, she also loved the beach and enjoyed cooking and baking. In addition to her husband, Jessie is also survived by three sons, Justin Drawbaugh, Brandon Drawbaugh and Austin Drawbaugh; one step son, Tony Strine; four grandchildren, Jansen Strine and Ryan, Marshall and Learah Drawbaugh; one brother, John Myers; one sister, Amy Chakour; two nieces, Kelsey Grimm and Brittney Alwine and her two dogs, Diamond and Foxy. She preceded in death by a sister, Becky Furst; a niece, Sydney Frysinger and a nephew, Matt Frysinger.
