Jeanne E. (Reinecker) Rupp Rudisill

YORK- Jeanne E. (Reinecker) Rupp Rudisill, 83, died on Saturday, March 10, 2012 at The York Lutheran Home, The Village at Sprenkle Dr. She was the wife of the late Carroll A. Rudisill and the wife of the late C. Ray Rupp, Jr. A celebration of life memorial service will be 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at Advent Lutheran Church, 1775 E. Market St., York, PA 17402 with the Reverend Brenda M. Ritterpusch and the Reverend David L. Ritterpusch officiating. A visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. prior to the service. Burial will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd., York is in charge of arrangements. Born on May 21, 1928 in Adams County, Jeanne was a daughter of the late Norman Z. and Grace G. (Brenizer) Reinecker. She was a graduate of Biglerville High School. Jeanne worked in sales for several department stores in the York area. She also was a homemaker and loved to work in her flower garden. Mrs. Rudisill was a member of Advent Lutheran Church. She was a life member of Amaranth Court # 38 and a member of La Sertoma Club of York. Mrs. Rudisill is survived by three sons, Thomas R. Rupp of Windsor, William F. Rupp of Hilton Head Island, S.C. and David A. Rupp and his wife, Debra of York; a daughter, Pamela J. Mosebach and her husband, Charles of Stewartstown; a stepson, Mark A. Rudisill of North Carolina; five grandchildren, Ryan M. Rupp, Jason Mosebach, Jonathan Mosebach, Danielle Bortner and Todd Rupp; three step grandchildren, Tracy DelFranco, Michael Rudisill and Melissa Rudisill; two step great grandchildren, Armani DelFranco and Gianni DelFranco; three sisters, Dorothy Shaner of Audubon, N.J., Janet Mansberger of East Berlin and Patricia Sandoe of Gettysburg; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by four brothers, Walter Reinecker, Lee Reinecker, Richard Reinecker and Ike Reinecker; a sister, Pauline Howe; and a daughter in law, Marianne Rupp. Memorial contributions may be made to Advent Lutheran Church, 1775 E.
