Jeanne A. Rehnert

POTTSVILLE- Jeanne A. Rehnert, 90, of Pottsville, passed away Monday evening at York Terrace Nursing Home, Pottsville. Born in Lowber, PA on November 27, 1921, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Julia Malasinchick Zubovic. She retired from Swift Packaging Company, Washington D.C., where she worked for 21 years. Jeanne was a member of Saint John the Baptist Church, Pottsville. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Rehnert, who passed away in 1989; her 6 brothers, Daniel, Francis, Jacob, Paul, Frank and Edward; 5 sisters, Margaret, Zora, Barbara, Catherine and Alice. Jeanne is survived by her best friend and caretaker, Frank Ryan; many nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 10:30 A.M. at Saint John the Baptist Church, 10th & Mahantongo Sts., Pottsville. Reverend David J. Loeper will officiate. There will be no calling hours. Interment will be held in Saint John the Baptist Cemetery, Pottsville.
