RED LION- Jean E. (Conway) Blum, 78, died on Saturday, December 27, 2014 at her residence. She was the wife of Russell E. “Rusty” Blum, Jr. The couple celebrated their 61st wedding anniversary on August 1st. Services for Mrs. Blum are private at the convenience of the family. Born on December 30, 1935 in York, she was a daughter of the late Carl and Rosemary (Albright) Conway. Jean was a housewife who loved spending time with her family. Along with her husband, Russell, Jean is survived by one son, Russell Blum, III of Dover; three daughters, Debbie Noll of Dover, Vickie Blum of Dover and Joann Blum of York; three grandchildren, Taylor Blum, Tyler Blum and Kristie Jefferies; thee great grandchildren, Samuel, Joseph and Jacob Jefferies; and two sisters, Gail Schwartz and her husband, Jan of York and Brenda Conway of York. She was preceded in death by one brother, Gary Conway; and one sister.
