NEW PARK-Jason M. "Howie, James Dean" Howarth, 31, passed away Friday, August 27, 2010. He was the loving husband of Tonya M. (Smith) Howarth. The couple would have celebrated their second wedding anniversary on November 22, 2010. A celebration of life service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 3, 2010 at Life Tributes by Olewiler and Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion, with Celebrant ,Betty Frey and Leader, Jason T. Price officiating. A visitation will be held from 11-2:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral chapel. Burial will follow in Slate Ridge Cemetery. Born June 6, 1979 in Baltimore, MD, a son of Matthew J. Howarth and Brenda D. (Faddis) Noyes, he was currently employed by Stone Fence Acers as a stone mason. Jason was an extremely hard and dedicated worker, who offered his help to anyone who needed it without asking for anything in return. He was a great mechanic, which was evident by his passion for restoring old cars. In his spare time he enjoyed swimming in the creek, going to the mountains, hanging out with numerous friends, and taking his family for breakfast at Fiddlers. More than anything, Jason loved his wife and children and was very protective of them, always making sure that they were safe and happy. In addition to his wife, Jason leaves behind a son, Joseph David Howarth; a daughter, Emily Marie Howarth; a brother, Robert W. Howarth; step-father, Robert N. Noyes; step-mother Sharon Howarth; parents-in-law, Timothy A. Smith and wife, Tina M.; sister-in-law, Sonya M. Frey and husband, Matthew; brother-in-law, Michael E. Frey and wife, Beth A.; and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made payable to Tonya M. Howarth, in care of his children.
